Not very close but a bit near by central area of Shinjuku and have to walk about 600m to metro station. Room is ok. Value for money

The elevator often had the smell of cigarettes, and there wasn't a vent in the bathroom, so everything stayed wet.

In a nutshell, it is fine place. Price is reasonable considering the price of Tokyo accommodation.
Room was ok. Just as my expectation. Location was perfect. So close to the metro station. Also room was clean, we didn't get room cleaning service tho.
The wall between rooms were not thick enough. When I was trying to fall asleep, all the time heard a girl was talking on a phone. It irritated me.

Location is key. Right out of the maze of Kabukicho, perfect. Just a short 10 minute walk to main Shinjuku station, considering you walk with big suitcases
Bigger rooms, as usual in every hotel in Tokyo, and the prices are quite high now.
